It’s time to turn our attention to one of my favourite topics―marketing, but in the context of strategic organisation and planning. Just what does marketing have to do with strategic planning, you might ask? Well, everything. The only way to achieve your goals is to find prospects who need your service or product and who are willing to pay you money for it. Your core focus defines your work.
